www.learret.com collects customer information, such as your name, phone number and email address, for a variety of reasons; including providing quality customer service and to inform our customers about new products, promotions and services.
ORDERS
Thank you for choosing LE ARRET for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen circumstances arise with your order, we will contact you immediately.
Ready to ship LE ARRET Jewellery will be processed and shipped within 8-10 business days.
Custom pieces require 3-4 weeks to make and ship. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased directly from www.learret.com, and shipped to a Canadian address, may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Items approved for return must be received as unused with all LE ARRET tags attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be approved.
Engraved, special order, personalized and custom creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Please contact our customer service at info@learret.com within 7 days of receiving your order, to discuss your return. Please provide your full name, order number and reason for return.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
REPAIRS
Due to our experienced craftsmanship, all LE ARRET jewellery is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery. LE ARRET will repair any breakage that is caused by manufacturer defect, within this time frame, at no charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
Should you require a repair, please contact customer service at info@learret.com; include a photo with details of the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. LE ARRET will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
